PVH is a significant global fashion house whose brands include Calvin Klein, IZOD and many more. It must communicate sophisticated fashion leadership, market presence and success. The challenge for our design team in 2011 was to let powerful images dominate the report while still presenting the required written content. For the 2012 report, my focus was on cover design. For laying out the client’s identity statement and the title for the book, the typography treatment had been positioned in the way that both information were simplified as well as clearly delivered. 2013 is the year we introduced big type treatment through the layout to emphasize the positive progress that PVH had made in the past year.
